PU Mill items
PU mill items are quite an innovation in our production capabilities. This unique compound looks like a solid rubber, and it’s not made for casting. Hence we can handle it much better even with tricky item’s design. It joins together the best of polyurethane: great abrasion resistant, with the best of rubber: great friction.
Due to this unique property we suggest to use it in any application where it is mandatory the abrasion resistance and the friction as well: e.g. for moving marble sheets or glass sheets.
Each color define the hardness: red has 60ShA, translucent has 70ShA, purple has 80ShA, orange has 90ShA, white has 93ShA
Pu mill rollers
These rollers are mainly used in edgebanding machines.
The abrasion resistance and the high mechanical properties of PU, let the final user to push the panel with a higher force than the usual force he can apply with a rubber roller, without damaging the roller. At the same time the friction property will prevent the edge from slipping away.
PU mill plates
This item is made by cold bonding a pre-molded PU sheet on the aluminum hub. Then to get a strict tolerance up to 0.03mm, the item is grinded. They are mainly used as clamps for wood, glass and marbles panels.
Even if the panels are very big, the strict tolerance allows the final user to mount more than one plate in different areas of the panel, ensuring a perfect plane which stays within 0.03mm.
PU Mill wheels
These wheels can be used for various applications: from the most classic panel handling, or running on metal surfaces such as shaft and plunger, up to running on abrasive floor, concrete, asphalt…
They are suitable for working with sandblaster machines, cranes, and as a shaped pulley for guiding diamond wires too.
Rubber crumb
Effegomma is very sensitive about the environment “wellness”! We recover our wastes, such as micro powder coming from any grinding operation and we recycle them by selling to any company which can use them.
Micro powders
The micro powders are by-products with different types of rubber inside, their granulometry is below 0.8mm. and they are usually added to asphalt, bitumen, insulating panels, recycled rubber compounds and rubber safety plates.
Mixed or separated powder
Upon a specific customer request, we can separate the rubber types while grinding, so we can sell different types of powder, with different properties.
On the pic you can see a NBR only powder, and we can as well supply an EPDM only powder or a NR only or Silicone only powder, and so on…
Rubber flashes
Even the rubber flashes can be recycled, grinded and added to the powder. Or the customer can use them as a filler for car’s handles, or filler for rubber safety plates used in gyms and public parks for kids.
Recoil rubber pads
This special category includes weapon products.
Shock-absorber recoil rubber pad
They are made of NBR rubber, which protects the recoil rubber pad from aggressive agents such as oils or resins
Standard recoil rubber pad
The combination of strength and softness of the article and the type of rubber used, makes it good- looking long-lasting and functional, besides it soaks up most of the thrust released in the recoil, after firing.
Vacuum cups for swimming pools, suction cups for water fitness equipment
Suction cup Ø60 EPDM with M8 stainless steel screw vulcanized inside.
Excellent for any vacuum application in the atmosphere as well as dipped in fluids such as water and chlorine or sea water.
Hydro bikes
Ideal for the hydro bike activity, the Effegomma’s suction cups permit to hold the aqua bike steady to the bottom of the swimming pool.

Acqua Pole
Ideal to practice Aqua Pole in the swimming pool, they make the equipment extremely steady and anchored to the flooring.
Suction cup with full vacuum chamber
Maximum grip ensured within minimum space, 60mm diameter and 25mm height only, M8x25 or M8x20 stainless steel screw moulded inside the rubber.
Highly recommended for tapis roulant, aquabike, and aquastep.
Suction cup with half vacuum chamber
Born for dropping the full chamber grip of 60%, it has the same geometry of the previous one, and it's mainly used for easing the lift of heavy equipment.
Supporting foot
This is the last evolution of the half vaccum chamber suction cup: it has a flat surface on the bottom hence no grip at all. Used in combination with the other suction cups it ensures the easiest way to lift any equipment.
In fact the user, will easily pick-up the equipment from the side of the flat foots and the remaining suction cups will lose their grip through leverage effect.
Suction cup for mosaic tiles
This very unique product is made by a specific rubber which can adapt to mosaic surfaces with small tiles such as 1x1cm, or even next to edges.
It has enough grip to be safely used while compressed from the equipment's weight, and it prevents any slippery effect where all the other suction cups can't work because of the holes between tiles.
Complete resistance to the water
The Effegomma’s suction cups can be immersed in water and chlorine or sea water ensuring a total resistance and a complete adherence.

Anti-vibration seal.
Anti-vibration seals are made of nitrile rubber, they are mostly used under rotating beacons on emergency vehicles.
Even if nitrile rubber can absorb a lower amount of vibration compared to natural rubber, its smooth look and the higher resistance to weather conditions, give to the seal a longer life span.
Customized geometries
Effegomma seals allow the coupling between different mechanical parts that do not fit perfectly.
Above all, they counteract any irregularity due to the molding process.
Natural rubber lip seals
On customer's request are available in natural rubber to meet any type of technical needs.
Seal for suction cup working with glass
Made of 100% pure natural rubber, they can be stretched 6 times their initial length and heavily compressed without causing any permanent deformation. They have an excellent grip due to the chemical nature of the compound, letting the user to run any tools on the glass faster than any other rubber, plus it has a good resistance against cuts caused by the sharp edges of the glass itself.
EPDM lip seals
Made of EPDM rubber enable high resistance to atmospheric factors and heat.
Cogged seals
For suction cup on plastic or aluminum body.
They are made for assembly with plastic or aluminum parts.
