Pads have an aluminum or iron core and are coated by various materials: NBR, NR, EPDM.
We produce pads for chains most commonly used on the market.
Chain links from 5/8 of an inch up to 1.5 inches.
Chamfered track pads
This unique item is made to ease the exit of exceeding material from any working process with any materials:
all the holes on the rubber and the chamfers on the aluminum prevent any deposit of powder, oil... on the pad itself, ensuring that it will always work on the same height level and with a steady measure.
Of course depending on the customer’s request we can cover the pads with different rubber compound.
Fixing
The fixation on the chain is via rivets, steel pins, or plastic fit pressure.
Assembly
In addition to the vulcanized and grinded pad, Effegomma may assemble the whole chain and provide the finished product.
Applications
Chains can be up to 20 meters long and are mounted on edgebanders and gluing machines.
Numerous applications are found in woodworking machineries.
