Rubber special items contain all items marked with unique features.
V-shaped plates
Made of 70ShA black natural rubber, with the highest possible friction upon rubbers, these items are more used as clamps than usual plates. They can handle pipes with a big diameter, and they are mainly used to place pipes under the sea for transportation of gasses.
Once again we made the black color made by adding carbon black to ensure protection against sea water, salt, sun rays and to guarantee the longest lifespan.
Vacuum Valve
This valve has been designed to get assembled with a shaft by a thread in the inner part of the hub.
The seal, while moving the valve back and forth, closes and opens a bore with a slightly smaller diameter, which divides two chambers with different pressure.

The seal of the valve, it’s quite complicated and very small, as you can see it has a “steps” profile to adapt perfectly to the bore
It pops out from the hub by just 0.2mm, and it’s made by means of compression molding only. We don’t grind it at all. Furthermore, for this item only, we are capable of rubber-metal bonding without any preliminary phase such sand blasting, hence the anodizing which covers the hub is safe and scratch free.
Ø 130 Rubber shock absorber
Ø 130 rubber shock absorber, in NBR 55/60ShA moulded on M20 screws and 8mm thick galvanized iron plates, suitable for high frequency and strong vibration.
Rubber coated bearings
Rubber or silicone rubber coated bearings vulcanised without the presence of any metal hub.
For machines such as ATM or parking meters.
Oval Piston
NBR rubber oval piston is meant for pneumatic brake system for woodworking machines.
The double undercuts give adaptability and cohesion with the cylinder walls on which it works.
Guide way wipers
They remove processing oils from both metallic and non-metallic.
They are made of 1mm thickness iron and NBR rubber for cleaning wood paneling and not only.
Round Guide-way wipers
Great mechanical properties, high resistance to oil and grease, working temperature range from -30° up to 130°C, this item is usually mounted on top of cylinder to clean them. To maximize the performance, according to any customers request, we can manufacture them with different material: Viton, NBR, Silicone, and in some special cases where is requested a higher rigidity, we can mould the rubber with a metal core made from, iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum... depending on how the item works.
